 The human mind has incredible capacity to search for things, purpose and cause behind every event that occurs but this is the same curiosity that disturbs the human mind the most as well. Mostly, we are curious to find the reason behind everything but once we get to know the cause and its not as we thought it would be, we start to excuse our own reasonings. Because sometimes the truth isn't so easy to understand, sometimes its so bitter that one thinks they had been better off living with lies instead. The philosophy of Acceptism deals with this state of not wanting to accept the reality. Now comes the questions what is acceptism? The path toward acceptance asks two questions:  1).  I was fourteen when I read The Sun Is Also A Star by Nicola Yoon, and she instantly became my favorite author, and even now she still is. Looking back at that book, I realize that my mind was too young to fully understand the complexities of every character. That book was and is a masterpiece. But this blog isn't about praising Nicola Yoon or TSIAS; it's about a quote from that book.      "EGO" this  word which can easily destroy a healthy relationship within seconds. It can be define as a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance. Ego becames an issue when it becomes overpowering. Ego has its two sides positive and negative. But, mostly everyone knows about the negative side of ego only.         The positive side of ego can be define as solid,healthy and strong sense of self.
